It’s important to note that with a 6-month lock-in period for the invested capital, investors will not be able to access their funds for the first half-year of their investment. For some investors who may need quick access to their funds for unexpected expenses or other purposes, they can only pull out of the investment circle after the first 3 months of Investment.
However, the lock-in period provide stability and ensure that the invested capital is used effectively to pursue investment opportunities. It also gives ROI Master Real Estate time to generate returns on the invested capital and provide a positive return to the investors.
HOW FUNDS WILL BE PUT TO WORK
Invested funds raised from 50 investors will be invested into holiday homes in Dubai through ROI MASTER HOLIDAY HOMES LLC, which is a subsidiary of ROI MASTER REAL ESTATE. This is a potential opportunity for investors to generate a return on their investment. Dubai’s tourism industry is thriving, creating a high demand for holiday rentals and providing investors with the opportunity to earn rental income.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
There is a monthly return on investment of 15,000 for each investor for a consecutive period of 6 months. This means that each investor can expect to receive a monthly payment of 15,000 for 6 months, totaling 90,000 over the course of the investment. On the sixth month a total of 15,000 plus the invested capital of 300,000 will be refunded to every investor.

START TIME FOR INVESTMENT
All investors are expected to submit a payment slip of 300,000 before 15th of February,2023. This is the deadline.
WHEN SHOULD AN INVESTORS EXPECT HIS/HER MONTHLY R.O.I?
Investment starts counting from the 1st of March,2023. At the end of March, every investor gets a payment of 15,000 in their registered bank account for the next six (6) months.
